Health Tips...

DRINK WATER! DRINK WATER! N MORE WATER!!
Water can not and should not be underrated. Every living organism needs water. It is a proven fact that an average adult can go on for days without food, but not more than 2-3 days without water relatively (Pls note *it's a different situation if you are fasting and praying)
Water increases the efficiency of your immune system. So...
You have headaches-drink water
Your scalp and hair are not behaving-drink water
It's time for tea/coffee breaks-toss those out of the cup, drink water
Early morning grogginess-drink lots of water
You want to maintain natural hair that breathes LIFE-drink water n let that hair drink some too!
Drink, drink, keep drinking water, keep your organs functioning!!
Drink water for everything (Seriously!!)
Did I mention Asthma? Yup! Water increases curative measures for asthma
